The PandOmnibus

The PandOmnibus is a labour-of-love expansion for fourth edition/4e. A repository of homebrew content, from new options to fixes and patch-ups for less optimal and less popular game options. Written mostly by myself but still with the help of many contributors, it’s a very fun resource of flavourful and interesting content, with a much better hindsight and eye for balance than the base game.

The PandOmnibus is a substantial volume, and includes:

• 9 minor racial fixes
• 5 full racial reworks
• 4 brand-new racial variants
• 6 racial utility powers
• 13 minor class fixes, including 3 new class options and 3 hybrid class adjustments
• Over 400 new feats for races, classes, and general characters, including new expertise feats, Chapter feats for runepriests, Psionic Exercise feats for Psionic Augmentation classes, Tinker feats, and the Compensated Defense feats.
• Some revisions for equipment and new magic items
